    Description

      This is a follow up to ENTMQBR-738. An alternative option to providing a full offline repo is allow the customer to build an offline repo containing the required artifacts. The offliner tool [1] was built for this purpose. AMQ 7 Broker should verify this approach and confirm the broker provides the necessary manifest required by the offliner tool to build the repo and document as necessary.
