Performance Issue with slow/offline Durable Subscriber using VSAN

    Description

      We have seen reports on offline durable subs that queue up a large amount of messages (1million) and when brought back online the producer gets throttled as messages are being dispatched to the consumer.
      The protocol used is AMQP and the storage is based on vSAN.
