During testing it was observed that the acceptors as defined in the custom resource instance were overridden by the existing AMQ_TRANSPORTS entry in the container image. This meant that there were 5 default acceptors written to the broker xml instead of the specified ones from the custom resource instance.

Pretty sure this was when starting at size 1. When scaled to size 2 this problem was eliminated.
