[OpenShift] Broker Operator - shorten the names of the services and examples

Shorten the names of the services and examples for the broker operator. It causes issues with routes because maximum length of route domain/host name must be < 64 characters. If the domain/host name and consequently URL of given route is too long, OpenShift won't accept it and it requires manual intervention from user.
