It should be possible to address an Artemis queue/address combination directly, using a destination name of the form "address::queue". This works fine for AMQP. For OpenWire, this operation produces two new destinations (see screenshot). This is the case whether the actual address/queue combination has been explicitly defined in advance, or not.
