There is a (known?) issue of failing test topicRequestorExceptionTests, which is present since build 1 in a standalone broker mode.
Also, this is a known issue for AMQ 6.2.1, which should be fixed in 6.3.
This has been already discussing in ENTMQ-1184, but for AMQ 6.

I assume this test should not fail in new geronimo jms implementation. If otherwise, then consider this issue as a known TCK issue tracker.
