[Artemis] AMQP type message bodies are being lost

When running qpid-interop-test against the latest Artemis master, I see multiple failures, all of which involve the loss of the message body. The following AMQP types fail:

• boolean
• byte
• char
• decimal128
• decimal32
• decimal64
• double
• float
• int
• long
• short
• timestamp
• ubyte
• uint
• ulong
• ushort
• uuid

The following types work ok:

• binary
• list
• map
• null
• string
• symbol
