Credentials set for endpoint

      1. Create ER3 instance
      2. In Hawtio create foo queue
      3. Go to foo queue send screen (You can see "No credentials set for endpoint! Please set your username and password in the Preferences page ")
      4. Try send plaintext message. (You can't send message.)
      5. Click to right corner menu "Preferences" and closed it. (Nothing set)
      6. Now try again. (Message will send.)

      I don't know if this is wanted procedure. (look to Steps to Reproduce) It's look as useless. I don't have to configure any user and password because all is prefilled/pre-completed with true value. All what is just needed is click to Preferences and close it. I know why this is needed but warning (and this needed steps for work) in this case does not make sense.
