Unable to create a remote Jolokia connection from within Hawtio

      For this test two broker instances should be configured on two separate hosts. The brokers should be configured for remote access which requires updates to etc/bootstrap.xml and etc/jolokia-access.xml

      1) Open the Hawtio console and click on the Connect tab
      2) Provide the Connection Settings for the remote host (Path has been set to: console/jolokia)
      3) Click "Save", then click "Connect to remote server"

      The attached error dialog occurs with no information

      With Hawtio you can create a connection to another broker instance. This is currently works if creating a local connection, however it does not appear to work for a remote connection. An error dialog is displayed however it contains no information and nothing is logged by either broker.
