Messages produced using OpenWire by an ActiveMQ 5.11 client appear to be successfully acknowledged to the client. However, these messages can only be read in a single JMS session. After that session is finished, regardless of the number of messages read, no further messages will be consumed. New messages continue to be accepted and acknowledged, but are never released to consumers.

When the broker is restarted, the messages that were produced can be consumed but, again, only for a single JMS session
