In amqp, you can request a 'dynamic' queue i.e. a temp queue with broker assigned name/address using the dynamic flag on the source of a receiver link.

This works with artemis normally, but if in the broker.xml auto-create-addresses is false for the default match, then the dynamic flag seems to be ignored and temp queues can't be created.

I would like to be able to configure a broker to not auto-create for arbitrary addresses when a link is attempted, but to still allow broker assigned/generated temp queues when explicitly requested using the dynamic flag in amqp.
