When the broker is configured to use LDAP for authentication and/or authorization it would be helpful to support a management operation to pause all evictions from the auth-related caches. This will mitigate the errors that messaging clients see when there is a schedule LDAP outage (e.g. for patching). Before the outage an administrator can pause evictions and then after the outage normal operation can be resumed. This will ensure that all cache entries available before the outage remain available for the duration of the outage.
