      There is a new method of configuring hawtio console with keycloak described in ENTMQBR-10165

      We should implement it and stop using old method.
      Confirm with dbruscin that we can use oidc.configuration file in operator deployments (as mounted secrets/configmaps/brokerProperties?).

      Update configuration deployment in Claire to make it work (preparations for AMQ 8).
