These changes allow:
an option (--bytesAsText) to treat ByteMessage messages read by consumer to be treated as text, writting the message contents out the same way as happens if it was a TextMessage
an option (--expiry <miliseconds>) to specify a message expiry when using producer
an option (--message <text>) to specify a text message when using producer; overrides --size
an option (--url <URL>) to specify a URL to be read and used as a TextMessage when using producer; overrides --size and --message (above)
The attached file is a patch that I created using diff from the <fuse-source-379>/fuseenterprise/mq/mq-client/src directory.
