Please add ability to walk the store and check how long messages have been enqueued

We are looking for a way a way to configure an alert depending on how long a message has been enqueued. At present we do not provide a way to do this.Gary had some ideas around this but even those had limitations as at the moment we can only browse so many messages at one time - may be related to this issue:https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-4181This request is to extend that functionality and also have the broker send an advisory or something if a message has been on a particular destination for some configurable amount of time.
