KahaDb cleanup/gc trace logging needs more detail on durable subs to diagnose data file retention

    Description

      This will help diagnose issues with data file retention due to durable subscriber(s) backlog.

      • added cleanup:x to started line
      • added pending count and subscription key and datafile id of consumer command for each durable sub on a topic.
