Currently the AMQ Drainer has only kube as MESH Discovery protocol.

kube is hardcoded here:

A default deployment has the broker with dns (AMQ_MESH_DISCOVERY_TYPE=dns) and the drainer with Kube.

We still need to add view permissions for the service account of the drainer.
