AMQ resource adapter opens additional ports during XA recovery.

      To reproduce this is issue is relatively easy. Deploy a number of MDBs into EAP and wait until XA recovery runs. Observer the number of opened ports it should increase.

      To reproduce this is issue is relatively easy. Deploy a number of MDBs into EAP and wait until XA recovery runs. Observer the number of opened ports it should increase.

      Each time a XA recovery process runs AMQ RA opens additional port for each active inbound session. Although the port is closed moment later it leaves very large number of ports in TIMED_WAIT state (in this case around 11K ports).
      This did not work this way in previous version of the RA (AMQ 6.1).
