Bigger memory usage in percent than 100% in Queues browser in hawtio

      1. enable admin user in ./etc/users/properties
      2. start broker ./bin/amq
      3. send 20 messages with 1.5M content to test_queue1
      4. login over hawtio and check amq->Queue (Attributes pane) Memory %

      tested on: rhel6
      build version: 621168 (6.2.1R5 candidate)
      build version: 621159 (6.2.1R4 released)
      isn't regression

      After sending 20 messages with 1.5M content to queue "test_queue_1" is Memory % = 5686 in hawtio. (attached screen)
