See to remove activemq:create-broker command from fusemq

      create-broker is karaf only, spring/blueprint deploy. Mixing the two is only asking for confusion.
      Fusemq is fabric ready, the standalone broker is created through config admin.
      the standalone broker should be modified via the activemq.xml
