Fix the redhat-fuse build

    Description

      Progress is impossible when a basic build of a widely shared component is broken. I have no idea what magic steps to take to make this build work in my local environment.

      If a version of a thing is referenced, the repository where this referenced thing lives should of course also be referenced - otherwise it is impossible for the build to get that thing.

      It is already problematic that tagged versions cannot be reproduced because stuff disappears (and hence tags that continue to exist become invalid), but it is impossible that the HEAD of a prominent branch that is in active development can also not find its referenced versions.

      I don't mind when the build requires some additional external setup. In which case please document what should be done to make the build work.

      Can we please fix this in such a way that it does not break again and again and again ...
