RHEL 8 support in Fuse 7.3:

1. Running of Fuse Standalone on RHEL 8 using Java 8.
1a. At some point down the road, run Fuse Standalone on RHEL 8 with Java 11.
2. Build (and test) RHEL 8-based container images using OpenJDK 8 for Fuse on OpenShift and Fuse Online.
3. Fuse 6 is excluded.

If there are native bits in Fuse they need to be built, tested and delivered for RHEL 8.
