For 3scale service discovery we need to set the Content-Type of the generated OpenAPI/Swagger specification. By default Camel will set to application/json and text/yaml which are not the correct MIME types for OpenAPI specification.

With CAMEL-12846 users can customize the returned MIME in Content-Type header via
api.specification.contentType.json and api.specification.contentType.yaml API properties.
