Fuse 7.1 downloadable Maven repository is inconsistent

      The "downloadable maven repository" that is available from the customer download portal, on the same page as the main distribution, is inconsistent in at least one respect: it contains the camel-http4 artefact, but it does not contain some of the artefacts that camel-http4 depends on. Specifically, it is missing httpclient-osgi and httpcore-osgi.

      There does seem to be some general uncertainty about how much of the overall Fuse feature set we want to distribute in the form of a downloadable bundle; but it makes no sense to distribute only part of a feature.
