MDC custom properties logging not visible from Hawtio Console

    Description

      When enabled custom MDC logger, we can see on the appropiate log file, an entry like

       INFO  JmsConsumer[foo]  route1                           232 - org.apache.camel.camel-core - 2.17.0.redhat-630187  -- {{CUSTOM_KEY,CUSTOM_VALUE}{bundle.id,232}{bundle.name,org.apache.camel.camel-core}{bundle.version,2.17.0.redhat-630187}} hello MDC
hello MDC

      But Hawtio logger doesn't show this entry; instead it shows 

       INFO  JmsConsumer[foo]  route1                           232 - org.apache.camel.camel-core - 2.17.0.redhat-630347 hello MDC
