Problem Description

During the 7.1.0CRx builds there where a number of partial builds, keeping track of the components can be difficult and relies on manual intervention to the dev build pipeline and fiddling/merging of yaml build config.

Proposed Solution

• Do non-build tagging run in the dev pipeline (creating a fresh yaml config)
  or
• Fix yaml generation to allow easy merges/complete new generation (means fixing redhat branch issues or auto creating them)

DoD

• A new handover should be easily generated with minimum level of intervention
