The code example for StandaloneWMQ9AccessTest contains quickstarts-test maven profile, but in we use -Pqtest profile. It should be changed.
It's also not needed to specify path to mq9library, the maven artifacts are available here(probably added after quickstart was created): https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.ibm.mq/com.ibm.mq.allclient/9.0.5.0
