Grafana full support – alignment to OpenShift 3.11

As an operator or developer, I want the ability to view visual dashboards of Prometheus-based metrics using Grafana. Installation of Grafana should leverage the supported OpenShift Grafana Operator and result in a dedicated Grafana instance for Fuse (separate from the infra Grafana instance available in OpenShift).

The Grafana instance should be configured at installation-time to view metrics from the Fuse Prometheus instance. A set of example Fuse dashboards should be available OOTB in Grafana.

DoD

• I can view visual dashboards of my fuse Prometheus-based metrics using Grafana.
• Installation of Grafana should leverage the supported OpenShift Grafana Operator.
• I have a dedicated Grafana instance for Fuse.
• A set of example Fuse dashboards should be available OOTB in Grafana.
