    Description

      Related to https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-9222, boosters should be changed to use the new bom and plugins only after we release Fuse 7.1 in MRRC. Boosters are not currently part of the pipeline, so they don't get version updates automatically.

      Fuse 7.1 versions should be used, otherwise it won't work because of ENTESB-8310.
