      We should upgrade to a productized narayana library with this fix https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBTM-3017, and add to https://github.com/snowdrop/narayana-spring-boot a "ErrorDetector" that uses internal checks, disabling (by default) the current implementation (Log scraping, implemented with https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-9036).
