Ensure f-m-p generators use productized images

The generators in the fabric8-maven-plugin help to avoid boilerplate XML configuration in pom.xml files.

At the moment the generators reference community docker images. We need some way of ensuring that we reference productized images in Red Hat release versions of the plugin.

The build pipeline could possibly take care of this.
