Karaf has a dependency on Gemini Blueprint version 1.0.2.RELEASE, which is not available in maven central. However, 2.0.0.RELEASE is available - would it be possible to upgrade to this version?

If not:
1. Is this dependency needed?
2. Is it a compile-time only dependency, which won't be needed at runtime or to build quickstarts?
