This maven plugin

Is used in the OSFUSE quickstarts to build them.

But that plugin has last working 045 version. 047 is borked as you get a maven POM missing error.

The other EA builds is on build 069.

Its worrying that this plugin is not released together with the others. IMHO the code should be in our -redhat branch of apache-karaf and released together with karaf 2.x.
