Investigate if it makes sense to drop full bom from fabric8

We used to generate a full bom for fabric8 that included all fabric8 artifacts and all transitives.

That bom was originally meant to be used in the ipaas-quickstarts but in the end, it was not. Instead the ipaas-quickstarts use the fabric8 platform bom (fabric8 artifacts + weld + arquillian + shrink-wrap) and the camel bom.

From my point of view, we should now completely remove that bom. Any objections?
