Create branch for currently supported product image streams

OpenShift Ansible installer syncs FIS image streams from here:
https://github.com/jboss-fuse/application-templates/blob/master/fis-image-streams.json

Problem here is that the current in-development image streams are also present in this file. Suggest creating a product / currently supported branch of this repo that Scott Dodson can use instead of pulling from master.
