[TP Release] Documentation for the TP release (Readme file?)

We need at least a minimal readme file for the tech preview release, at least showing how to

import the image streams (git repo and which tag)
how to deploy templates (git repo and which tag)
how to deploy archetypes (which catalog to use, which maven repos to setup)
