[S2I] add run-java.sh to fis-java-openshift image

    Description

      As we're still going to support both fabric8 and s2i workflow. Former FIS 1.0 s2i java image needs to be updated to include run-java.sh or similar mechanism that's used in upstream image (e.g. fabric8/java-jboss-openjdk8-jdk:1.0.13) to enable spring-boot runtime.
