Include all version dependencies in bom used for FIS quickstarts

    Description

      currently the FIS quickstarts relies on io.fabric8:fabric8-project-bom-camel-spring-boot
      Either include in this bom dependency management for org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin, io.fabric8:fabric8-maven-plugin (and any other dependencies like arquilian maybe?)or provide a specific FIS bom as it is done for EAP and Karaf based runtimes.

      the goal is to avoid users to manage several versions which are hard to guess.
