Redeploying an application with "mvn fabric8:deploy" on OCP 3.7 (or OSO Pro) fails to deploy the second deployment

Failed to pull image "spring-boot-camel-archetype:latest": rpc error: code = 2 desc = Error: image library/spring-boot-camel-archetype:latest not found

The deployment roll out will eventually (after ~ 1 minute) timeout and a new deployment attempt will occur automatically, which seems to eventually lead to a working deployment.
