fuse-console: documented way of starting the console doesn't work

      From readme https://github.com/jboss-fuse/application-templates/tree/application-templates-2.1.fuse-000081-redhat-2. We should use 

       oc new-app -f fis-console-namespace-template.json -p ROUTE_HOSTNAME=hawtio.apps.foo39.dos.fuse-qe.eng.rdu2.redhat.com

      pod gives

      OPENSHIFT_MASTER must be set

      and when added 

      -p OPENSHIFT_MASTER=https://master.foo39.dos.fuse-qe.eng.rdu2.redhat.com:8443

      it gave me 

      error: unexpected parameter name "OPENSHIFT_MASTER"
