KubernetesHelper::getServiceURL returns "tcp://null:<port>" on OCP 3.4

Per https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/issues/2933

Service spec.portalIP has been removed, clusterIP should have been used instead.

srv.getSpec().getPortalIP()

will then return null on OCP 3.4. This affects KubernetesHelper::getServiceURL, getServiceURLInCurrentNamespace and fabric8 CDI service injection which use these methods.
