Kubernetes-client has a new module (itests) in the -064 tag. This has a dependency on Karaf 4 (but the community version not the version we build).

Can we either:

• Fix this to depend on the version of Karaf in the handover tag (and adjust the build command for all the modules required by kubernetes-client)
• Alter the kubernetes-client
