Hawtio - Deleting all camel contexts leaves the UI in an unclean state

      If you delete (or stop) all camel contexts via Hawtio, then the UI is left in a bit of a messy state because the camel plugin is deactivated due to lack of org.apache.camel MBean(s).

      Maybe if there are no contexts available after deletion we should redirect users to the JMX plugin. There's possibly a wider debate to be had as to whether the option to 'delete' a camel context should even be available in the first place.
