Major Description
In the Karaf kit for Fuse 7.0.0 TP3 (build 000145), the admin user appearing in etc/users.properties is enabled by default, which is contrary to Red Hat security policy. The line ought to be commented out by the # character.
This is a regression, as it was previously fixed by ENTESB-2426
