Logging stops working with Camel and Sift / MDC

      Logging for Camel App 1 stops and starts going to the default file appender (fuse.log)

      Using a sift appender with either a custom or a default camel sift key (like camel.contextId) we see logging stop going to the sift appender file during deployments and updates to our containers in fabric.
