Please provide swap suppression mechanism on a per-JVM basis

    Description

      At times, suppressing swap can be a recommended action (perhaps to increase performance for a particular application.) Fuse currently allows this only at the operating system level.

      Some vendors (i.e. ElasticSearch) allow switches to stop swapping on a more granular basis. Please provide this for Fuse.
