      Prod build of karaf 4.2.0.fuse-000063 fails to build due to dependency on snapshot version of org.ops4j.pax.jms:pax-jms-api in jms/pom.xml.
      PNC does not allow snapshots in builds, so this will have to be fixed for TP1.
