It load balances towards

• https://proxy01-repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/ea
• https://proxy02-repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/ea

but the 2 servers do no not contain always the same artifact.

The resulting effect is that of random failures, when the LB points the communication to the node with missing artifacts.

Adding explicitely the 2 proxy to the list of repos, mitigates this issue.
