At the moment all templates for creating a new Fuse project are hard-coded in the Fuse Tooling. Since release cycles of the Fuse Tooling and the Fuse/FIS/iPaaS are different, it would make sense to define all templates outside the tooling, e.g. by providing a maven artifact (like camel-catalog).
