Message 'New user name:' is printed to terminal continuously if Ctrl+d is pressed after command fabric:create is executed without any users in etc/users.properties specified.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Don't specify any users in
in the file jboss-fuse-6.0.0.redhat-023/etc/user.properties
2. Run jboss-fuse v023
3. Run the following command:
fabric:create
4. After message 'New user name:' appears, press Ctrl+d

Result: Message 'New user name:' is printed to terminal continuously.
